1/2 cup melted butter
10 eggs beaten
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3.4 oz can whole green chilies ( seeded and chopped)
1 pint cottage cheese
1 lb. Monterey jack cheese ( shredded)
dash of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Spray the 9 x 13 pan with vegetable oil. Add ingredients to the pan.

Bake at 400º for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350º and cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
