1 lrg. or 2 small pies crusts
1 pkg. cream cheese soften (250 g)
1/2 cup white sugar, divided
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. flour divided
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 apples, peeled and sliced thinly
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup large flake rolled oats
1/2 cup cold butter. cubed

Prepare pie crusts
Beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup white sugar with beater
Add egg and vanilla, mix. then add to pie crusts
Mix remaining sugar, 2 tbsp. flour and cinnamon, add to apples in large bowl. Mix well. Spoon onto cream cheese mixture
Mix remaining flour, b. sugar and oats .Cut in butter in med. bowl until resembles coarse crumbs, sprinkle over apple mixture is covered
Bake at 375 for 3 to 40 minutes
