Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb of Ground beef
2 Zucchinis (one per person)

Quick Dinner: use a jar of favorite spaghetti sauce
Homemade Sauce Use the following ingredients:

1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
1 15 oz can of petite tomatoes
1 glove of garlic (or 1 teaspoon of garlic granules)
1/2 small onion, chopped (optional), You can use 1 tablespoon of dried onions
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning (oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme, sage)
Olive oil
1 cup red wine (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry meat in a pan or pot, drain grease (do not pour grease down drain, put in bowl to cool, then throw away cooled grease in the garbage can).

Quick dinner: add spaghetti sauce to beef.
Then you can slice zucchini in thin rounds or you can make into noodles with vegetable peeler or veggie noodle maker.

Add sauce to noodles (no need to cook veggie, good raw), then you can add cheese if you wish.

Homemade sauce: (see notes for alternative instructions)
In a pot add olive oil and let get warm, then add onions (fresh not dried) and cook until translucent (clear). Then add garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes.

Then add tomato sauce and tomatoes to pot.

This is where you would add dried onions if not using fresh.

Add the Italian seasoning and stir in, you could add 1 cup of red wine.

Let cook for about 10 minutes. Then add meat to sauce.

Serve over your noodles.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
When making the homemade sauce: If you decide to use the dried onions instead of fresh onion, just put the can sauce and tomatoes in the pot and then add garlic, Italian seasoning and wine.

With the quick dinner, you can always add wine and extra seasoning to your liking.
