Pie Crust
12 tbsp.flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 heaping tsp. cinnamon
1/4 -1/2 of nutmeg
4 tbsp. chilled butter
8 cups apples (cut into 1/2 in. bites)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the apples with dry ingredients in large bowl
Roll out pie dough in tart tins
Add apple mixture to pie crust (heap)
Cut up cold butter and add to each tart
May cover with pie crust

Bake 400 for 18 to 22 minutes
