1/2 c. Crema (Mexican sour cream, can substitute with sour cream or crème fraiche)
1 large or 2 small roasted jalapenos, peeled, seeded and chopped
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place Crema and jalapenos in a food processor (or blender) and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 30 min. before serving.
