1 Head Iceberg Lettuce
2-3C Crab Meat
2 Tomatoes - cut in wedges
2 Eggs, hard cooked, cut in wedges
1t Salt
Pepper

Louis Dressing
1C Mayonnaise
1/4C Whipping Cream - whipped
1/4C Green Pepper - chopped
1/4C Green Onion - chopped
1/4C Chili Sauce
1t Salt
1t Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line 4 salad plates with outer leaves of lettuce
2. Shred remaining lettuce - and place a heap of shredded lettuce on each plate
3. Remove bony bits from crab meat and place crab meat in a clump in the center of each lettuce plate
4. Place tomato and egg wedges around edge of plate
5. Make dressing - combine all dressing ingredients well & chill
6. Pour dressing over salad plates and serve
