Directions:
Directions:
Mix rub ingredients on the ribs and spread on ribs. In the oven they are placed in a pan and covered with foil (it braises the ribs and makes them tender) for 3 hours and then finished on the grillel to give them a little char on the outside of the meat. When I put then on the grill I put a very thin layer of BBQ sauce** on them too. No sauce is applied to them until they go on the grill at the end.
** If using a smoker: 8-12 oz of wood chips go in the smoking tray when the ribs are placed in the smoker to smoke for an hour.
