1 C Salad Oil
1 Bunch Cilantro
3 ea Shallot
5 ea Garlic
2 T Oregano
2 ea Jalapeno
15 ea California Chilies
2 tsp Black Pepper

Seed cal chilies and boil let cool
Combine all ingredients in blender on high puree
Adjust seasoning
