Ingredients:  
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. chopped onion
Salt
Pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 small can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Soak uncooked rice in milk for about 20 minutes. In large pan, heat tomato soup and tomato sauce. Mix together ground beef, rice, onion, salt and pepper and shape into meat balls and drop into simmering sauce, covering meat balls with sauce. Simmer about 45 minutes (until rice is cooked).
