1 tbsp. butter
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 to 3 lbs. short ribs
Onion sliced

Melt butter in large skillet. Add chopped onion and saute. Add following 9 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Brown ribs in a heavy skillet or pan. Place ribs in a baking or roasting pan with lid. Arrange onion slices on top of ribs. Add sauce and cover. Bake at 350 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
