2/3 cup water
1 T vinegar
1 tsp baking soda
1 pkg white cake mix
2 eggs
4-5 ripe bananas, mashed
2/3 cup chopped walnuts

Frosting:
1 envelope Dream Whip
1/2 cup cold milk or 1/2 pt whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine. Mix water, vinegar, and soda. Combine with cake mix and eggs. Stir until moistened. Add bananas and mix with mixer for 3 min. at medium speed. Blend nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35 min. Remove cake and cool. Prepare frosting. Frost cake and chill 24 hrs before serving.

This is always my family's go-to birthday cake when Grandma Caroline is around! I know my Dad would always request this cake at his birthday whenever Grandma was visiting. It's a million times better than any store-bought bakery cake. We always devoured it!
