24 5 oz chicken breast no skin, no bone, R-T-C
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
8 ounces all-purpose flour
1/3 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and seasonings. Dredge chicken with seasoned flour. Place in single layer on greased
or parchment-lined baking sheets.
Spay chicken with oil. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes or until chicken is browned and
tender, and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
