1½ cups carrots peeled and julienned
¾ cup bean sprouts
¾ cup water chestnut sliced
2 ounces red bell pepper julienned
8 ounces whole wheat spaghetti al dente
1 teaspoon olive oil
6 fluid ounces Sesame Carrot Dressing
14 ounces tofu grilled and sliced
2 teaspoons sesame seeds toasted

Directions:

Lightly sauté peas, carrots, sprouts, water chestnuts. Toss with cooked whole wheat spaghetti and vinaigrette.
Garnish with pepper, tofu, and sesame seeds. Garnish: ½ oz red bell pepper, snow peas, sesame seeds
NOTES: Quik Pik Portion: 2 oz lettuce bed, 8 oz salad
