12 ounces whole wheat pasta al dente, bowtie
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 ½ pounds Swiss chard cut crosswise
1 medium red onion thinly sliced
1 pound salmon filet 4 oz each
½ cup golden raisins
¼ cup pine nuts roasted
6 fluid ounces Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions:

Combine ingredients and toss with vinaigrette just prior to service.
Garnish: Pine nuts, Golden raisins, Red onion
NOTES: Quik Pik Portion: 2 oz lettuce bed, 10 oz salad
