1 cups hard-boiled egg chopped
1 cups Napa cabbage shredded
1 cups broccoli floret
1 cup baby carrots halved
25 each cherry tomato
1 cups red grape
5 tablespoons chopped scallion
1 cup corn kernels
2 tablespoons dill
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
1 cups avocado thinly chopped
1 cup walnut toasted
1 cups butter beans
1 cups plain nonfat yogurt
cup parsley minced
5 tablespoons fat free Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all the ingredients.
Put the avocado and egg to the side.
Place all other ingredients in a bowl and toss with yogurt and Italian dressing.
After combined gently toss in avocado and egg.
NOTES : A meal within itself!
