1 pkg egg roll wrappers
1 bottle pizza sauce
sliced pepperoni
mozzarella string cheese

Use two egg roll wrappers (I like the thickness of the double wrapper but it isn't mandatory)
Put line of sauce on wrapper from one corner to opposite corner.
Put three slices of pepperoni over the sauce
Place a roll of cheese on top of the pepperoni
Add another line of sauce and two more slices of pepperoni on top.

Roll into a log:
Wet the edges of the wrapper by dipping your fingers into water (this will help it stick together.
Turn in two corners and then bring a third corner over the top. Next roll the log the rest of the way.

Deep fry for 2-3 minutes. Serve with extra dipping sauce
