Ingredients:
Ingredients:
 1-1/3 cup Shortening or butter (or combination of the two)
 1-1/2 cup Sugar
 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
 1 teaspoon Vanilla
 2 whole Eggs
 8 teaspoons Whole Milk
 4 cups All-purpose Flour
 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
 1/2 teaspoon Salt
 1 large jar (13 Ounces) Marshmallow Creme
 1 package (8 Ounces) Cream Cheese
 Any fresh or canned fruit, chopped nuts and/or nuts. (I have tried toasted sesame seeds and sunflower seeds – both are great if you like a little salty with the sweet.)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a large bowl or stand mixer, cream shortening (or butter), sugar, orange peel and vanilla thoroughly. Add in eggs and beat until light and fluffy. Add in the milk and mix.
In a medium-sized bowl, sift together the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and salt), then blend this into the cream mixture. Slightly flatten between two sheets of plastic wrap, then refrigerate for one hour (or freeze for 20 minutes).

Cut out round circles for whatever size ‘pizzas’ you want.

Bake 9-12 minutes until cookie dough is cooked and golden brown, but not overly crisp. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.

Using a mixer with a whisk attachment, whip together Marshmallow Creme and cream cheese until light. Spread onto cooled "pizza" crust, then decorate the top generously with sliced fruit.

Personal Notes:
These are great for a sweet treat and encourage children’s creativity.

If you are short on time or not an enthusiastic baker you can use store bought sugar cookie dough (in the tube) or premade sugar cookies. We like to make the dough from scratch when we can because it is delicious and we can make the “pizzas” as big or small as we want. This recipe makes quite a few cookies (perfect for birthday parties or when company is over) but when we are making these for dessert for the family, we halve the cookie recipe (but not the topping part).
