Directions:
Heat a pan on medium with a teaspoon of oil, add the mushrooms and garlic, stir and toss until soft and a little liquid is released from the mushrooms. If the mushrooms do not release any liquid, you can always add a couple of tablespoons of milk or broth. Making sure pan is not too hot, add the cream cheese and stir to combine, add the herbs and taste, season to your taste with salt and pepper. You can serve immediately or add to a small oven dish cover and place in oven to keep warm until ready to serve.

You can also add chopped onions to your mushrooms. You can also add some parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs to the top and place under the broiler for a few minutes until golden brown.
