1-1/4 cup dried cherries, chopped
2 TBS water
2-12oz white chocolate morsels
6-2oz vanilla bark coating squares
1-1/4 cups green pistachios, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, microwave the dried cherries and the water on high for 2 minutes, then drain.

In a double boiler, melt the white chocolate morsels and the vanilla bark until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in cherries and pistachios. Spread onto wax paper lined jelly roll pan and chill 1 hour. Break into pieces.
