1 avocado
2 oz cooked chicken
1 Tbsp roasted pepper slices
3 mini mozzarella balls (halved)
salt and pepper
whole-grain pita halves

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mash a quarter of an avocado with a fork. Stir in all of the other ingredients. Stuff mixture into 1/2 of pita bread round or into 2 mini pita halves.
