Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package of lasagna noodles (do not cook them in advance)
1 pound of hot Italian sausage
1 container of ricotta cheese
1 large can of sliced black olives (drained)
1 large container of spaghetti sauce (I use Prego, no meat, in the largest plastic container)
Mozzarella cheese (I buy one of the very large bags at the grocery store)
Parmesan cheese (I like to buy the actual shredded parmesan instead of the powdered kind)
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook sausage until brown and drain fat. Pour layer of sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. In a large bowl, pour the reminder of the sauce and add the browned sausage and black olives.

2. In the lasagna pan: layer uncooked noodles, smear ricotta cheese on the noodles and ladle sauce mixture. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers until your pan is full.

3. For the bit of sauce that remains in the sauce jar, I add water, shake, and then pour around the edges of the lasagna to add extra moisture.

4. Cook at 350º for about an hour or until done
