Ingredients:  
3 lbs. spare ribs
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. corn starch
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. water
2/3 c. vinegar
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
salt/pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bake ribs @ 425º for 20-30 minutes without sauce.

Cook sauce on medium heat until thick. Put 1/2 on meat and bake @ 350º for 45 minutes. Turn meat and add remaining sauce.

Cook until tender.
