Crust:
1 ¼ cup flour
4 to 5 TSP ice water
1/3 cup shortening
Pinch of salt

Filling:
7-8 apples
1 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
½ cup flour

Topping:
1cup brown sugar
½ cup flour
½ cup oatmeal
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Stir together flour and shortening. Work until crumbly. Add water and work together with pastry blender until dough forms. Roll out and place in pie pan.
Filling: Mix together and put in pie pan.
Topping: Mix all four ingredients until crumbly. Take topping and cover apples sealing to edge of crust

After baking hour drizzle caramel over top of pie. Sprinkle chopped pecans over top.
