1 package refrigerated biscuits
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound breakfast sausage
1 cup shredded cheese
Gravy:
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
4 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In skillet, brown sausage, remove sausage from pan and add the butter, flour, some salt and pepper to taste, stirring until everything is mixed, slowly add the 2 cups of milk. Simmer and continue stirring until gravy is thickened. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces, layer them in the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 glass baking dish, layer the sausage on top of biscuits put the cheese on next. In a bowl mix the eggs, 1/2 cup milk, the salt and pepper pour over the sausage, top with the hot gravy mix. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until the eggs are cooked on the bottom.
