1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 onion, diced small
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced small
1 stalk celery, diced small
1 bell pepper, seeded and diced small
1 clove garlic, grated or minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
2-3 tbsp. taco seasoning (recipe in mis. section)
2 cans beans, drained and rinsed (I use black)
1 small can tomato paste
1-2 c. beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
In dutch oven add 1 tbsp. oil, cook veggies except garlic over med. heat until tender. Add burger, garlic, salt and pepper, brown. Add taco seasoning and tomato paste, stir and cook about 1 min. Add beans and 1 c. beef broth. Cook on low at least 1 hr. Add beef broth as desired for thickness you want.
