Kneiffles and Sauerkraut Recipe

4 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
4 tbsp butter
1 pound sauerkraut
1/4 pound margarine

1. Mix all ingredients (except margarine and sauerkraut) together thoroughly into a thick paste
2. Have a large pot of boiling water ready
3. Wet spoon in boiling water, dip into paste, and drop mixture into boiling water
4. As soon as pieces rise to the top of the water they are done. Let simmer a few moments longer
5. Remove pieces with slotted spoon and drain
6. In a frying pan, melt margarine and fry kneiffles until brown
7. Add sauerkraut into pan and cook together with kneiffles until warm
