1/2 C butter or margarine
1/2 C flour
Milk
Macaroni noodles (1 medium package)
Cheddar Cheese (1 to 2 lb block)
Shredded Mozzarella (2 cups but optional. you can also
use any flavor you wish)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F Start water boiling in medium pot for noodles. In large skillet melt butter over medium heat (be careful not to burn) When butter is melted slowly add flour until smooth (stir continuously) Slowly add some milk (probably about a cup) Turn heat up to medium high to boil out the flour flavor. Continue to add milk if paste gets too thick.
Salt and pepper to taste. Drain noodles when cooked. (do not overcook because they will continue to cook when you bake them) In 9x11 pan mix noodles, sauce, mozzarella or whatever flavor you wish. Top with sliced cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until cheese is melted and dish is hot in the middle.
