2 large Pork Chops - bone-in
2 TBS Coconut oil
1 tsp Salt
2 TBS Maple syrup
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat coconut oil over medium-high heat
Sprinkle pork chops with salt on both sides
Sear the chops on both sides (3 or so minutes per side, til lightly browned)
Place chops in baking dish
Wisk vanilla, cinnamon and syrup together and drizzle over the pork chops
Bake chops at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes
