4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4 inch thick and each cut into two
8 tbsp soft herbed cheese (Boursin or Alouette)
8 slices low sodium bacon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Spread 1 tbsp of soft cheese onto each of 8 pieces of chicken
3. Roll up each piece and wrap with a slice of bacon
4. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp
5. Broil for a few minutes at the end to crisp bacon if needed
