2 1/2# boneless pork roast
1 large red or purple sweet onion sliced thin
1 Cup hot water
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 TBS red wine
2 TBS soy sauce
2 TBS ketchup
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place thinly cut red or purple sweet onion on the bottom of the slow cooker. Add pork roast to slow cooker on top of onions
Wisk remaining ingredients together very well and pour over pork roast
Cook 4-6 hours on high or until the pork roast is cooked tender.
