1 can (16 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (16 oz.) blackeyed peas, rinsed and drained
1 can (11 oz.) Mexicorn, rinsed and drained
1 can (10 oz.) Rotelle tomatoes
1 small sweet onion, chopped
1 bottle (8 oz.) zesty Italian dressing
1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped

Directions:

Mix ingredients together. Pour dressing over ingredients to coat thoroughly. Chill for several hours or overnight. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos.
