1 container Greek yogurt (plain or flavor of your choice)
2 handfuls fresh kale, spinach, or other greens
1-2 inch hunk of turmeric, peeled (or as much as you can stand!)
1-2 inch hunk of ginger, peeled (or squirt of ginger paste)
Several cups of fresh or frozen fruit - mango, banana, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple
Chia seeds (optional)
Handful of nuts - walnuts, almonds, etc. (optional)
1 cup juice or water, more as needed for desired consistency

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender or smoothie maker and pulse until mixture reaches desired consistency, adding juice or water as needed to thin.
