2 ham steaks ( I like with bone)
1/2 brown sugar
4 tbsp of butter
Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 tbsp butter, add steaks in frying pan. Brown both sides (few minutes) remove from pan. Add remainder of butter, melt. Add sugar. Stir until it becomes smooth. Add steaks, remove from heat and serve.
