2 pounds ground chuck (uncooked)
2 to 3 boxes of Jiffy pie crust
Potatoes (when grated, it should be about 1/2 as much as there is ground chuck)
Carrots (when grated, it should be about 1/3 as much as there is ground chuck)
Onion (to personal taste preference)
Salt and pepper
1/2 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix ground chuck with potatoes, carrots, onion, salt, and pepper
2. Taking a golf ball sized piece of dough, roll out into a rectangle
3. Place mixture on rectange and place a pat of butter on top
4. Fold dough over and wet edges to stick together
5. Bake at 350º for about an hour until golden brown on top
