2 1/2 - 3 1/2 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup salad oil

SAUCE:
1/2 cup cider vinegar
4 T brown sugar
1 T worchestershire sauce
1 T catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat chicken well with flour mixture. Brown chicken slowly in the oil. Place chicken, skin side up, in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake, covered for 30 minutes. Baste with sauce. Bake uncovered, for 15 minutes. Serve with sauce spooned over chicken. Double the sauce recipe if serving over rice.
