1 lb. smoked sausage
mashed potatoes, real or instant
2 T diced onions
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausage into 4 equal pieces. Cut each piece lengthwise, almost through to the bottoms. Spread open and place cut sides up in rectangular pan. Prepare mashed potatoes enough for 4 servings; stir in onions and mustard. Stuff sausages and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes at 350º.
