1 can minced clams, drain off liquid and add enough milk to make 1 1/2 cup
4 T butter
4 T flour
1 T grated onion
1 T minced parsley
1 beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Make sauce using flour, butter and clam liquid. Cook till thickens and add remaining ingredients. Brown together 1 cube butter and 2 cup bread crumbs. Place in shallow pan, alternate layers of clam mixture and bread crumbs. Bake 1/2 hour; cut into squares.
