2.5 c. flour or as needed
1 tbsp. of rapid rise yeast
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water 120-130 degrees F
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
in a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, east, salt, sugar and olive oil. Stir with a heavy duty spoon until mixed thoroughly. Let rest on floured surface covered for 15 minutes or longer. Flour pizza pan or cookie sheet and smooth out dough. Use more flour as needed to keep from sticking. Top pizza as desired. Bake at 400F 15-20 minutes. Cooking time depends on dough thickness.
