pork roast/pork tenderloin

RUB:
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Sea Salt

Glaze:
3/4 c brown sugar
1 Tbsp sriracha hot sauce (or more if you like)
2 cloves chopped garlic
equal amount of chopped ginger (optional)

NOTE: The whole recipe can be made in an iron skillet. If you dont have one, sear meat in any skillet and transfer to a baking dish.

Mix together Rub ingredients and sprinkle over all sides of the pork, massaging into the meat with your fingers.
Heat 2 Tbsp of olive oil in skillet and sear all sides of the pork.
Mix glaze ingredients and pour over pork.
Place pork in preheated 350º oven and cook until done, 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of the roast.
Slice and spoon glaze over slices.
