1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
For Berries-
1 3/4 c. huckleberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease bottom of 9 inch square pan. In large bowl cream butter and sugar. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into creamed mixture. Stir in milk; mixture will be thick and lumpy. Spread batter into pan. In large bowl, combine berries, sugar and boiling water. Pour over batter in pan. Dot top with remaining tbsp. butter. Bake at 375º for 45-50 mins.
