1 1/3 c. (8 oz.) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2/3 c. Light Corn Syrup
2 c. whipping cream, divided (NOT frozen whip cream)
1 1/2 c. crushed Oreos©

Optional Garnish:
Spray whip cream
Maraschino cherries
Chocolate sprinkles

In a large microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate and corn syrup. Microwave on high for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at additional 10 to 20 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in 1/2 c. whipping cream until blended. Refrigerate 25 minutes or until cool. Stir in cookies. In a chilled mixing bowl, at medium speed, beat remaining cream until soft peaks form; gently fold into chocolate mixture just until combined. Spoon into foil lined muffin cups.Freeze 4-6 hours or until firm.

Let stand at room temperature several minutes before serving. Garnish as desired. Store tightly covered in freezer for up to one month.
