Per every 1lb burger ( can also use 3/4 beef & 1/4 pork blend)
1 egg
1/2 c. italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. parm cheese
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. onion, diced small
1/4 c. celery, diced small
1tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. carrot, grated with small grater
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

1/2 can beer
1 large bottle BBQ sauce

In large skillet over med heat melt butter; add onion and celery. Cook until tender, remove from pan set aside to cool. In large bowl mix all ingredients. In skillet add 2 tbsp. olive oil, heat to med temp. Add meatballs, in batches, and cook until all sides are browned, about 4-5 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Place meatballs in 9x13 greased pan, pour beer and BBQ sauce over meatballs, cover. Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins.
