6 large carrots
1 small onion (diced)
1 cup bread or cracker crumbs
2 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
2 T butter (melted)
1 cup milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook, drain and mash carrots. Add onion, crumbs, melted butter, milk, salt, pepper and beaten egg yolks. Mix all together. Beat egg whites until stiff and add last. Bake for about an hour at 350º.
