1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
Salmon fillets
salt & pepper to taste
potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cover cookie sheet with foil and lay on fish fillets. Top with sliced onion rings and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and Miracle Whip and spread the mixture over fish. Top with crushed potato chips. Seal in foil. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake until fish is flaky (about 20 minutes longer).
