7 pounds ground pork
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 teaspoon allspice (per pound of meat)
1 small potato, diced (per pound of meat)
1 small onion, diced (per pound of meat)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.
Boil meat for 30 minutes, drain completely. Add potato and onions, stir and cook slowly. Place meat filling in prepared pie shell, top with crust and seal, cut some vents. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely, wrap in freezer wrap and freeze. Thaw completely before re-heating in oven.
