2 lbs. pork sausage
1 1/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 T soy sauce
1 T lemon juice
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Shape sausage into 1 inch balls. In large skillet, over medium heat, brown sausage. Drain off fat. Return sausage to skillet and catsup, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice and water. Simmer covered for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add pineapple and simmer covered until heated through. Serves 6-8. Note: one pound sausage will make servings for 4.
