Meatballs-

1 egg
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (or mixture of 1 lb beef & 1/2 lb pork)
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce

Sauce-
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 brown sugar
1/3 c. green pepper, diced small

Meatballs-
Mix altogether and form into meatballs. Bake in 9x13 greased pan for 25 mins. at 325 . While baking make sauce.

Sauce-
Mix ingredients together, bring to boil and cook until thickened, stir frequently. pour over meatballs and return to oven for 15mins.
