Ingredients:  
6 slices of bacon
1 chopped onion
6 slices of beef liver
1 cup sour cream
1 small bag noodles
chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles ahead, butter and keep heated. In large skillet brown bacon until crisp; set aside and keep warm. Saute onion in bacon fat; then brown liver in same skillet. Transfer liver to large platter lined with noodles. Remove skillet from heat and stir in sour cream and onion. Return to heat for few minutes (until cream is heated through). Pour over liver, sprinkle with bacon and parsley flakes. Serve with green beans if desired.
