2 cups macaroni, uncooked
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup sliced celery
2 cans (14 oz. each) tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare macaroni; drain. In medium skillet, combine ground beef, onion and celery. Cook until beef is browned and celery is tender; drain. Stir in next 6 ingredients. Add macaroni; mix well. Pour in 2 quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake in 350 oven for 35-40 minutes.
