4 c. chopped apples
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Pour sugar over apples; mix and set aside. In separate bowl mix all other ingredients, add to apple mixture, stir gently until apples are mixed in. Bake in greased 9x13 pan for 50 mins. at 350º.
